Director Cinematographer Steven Wacks started Twelve Tone Productions 25 years ago to provide crews and production services to the industry.
A graduate of USC Film School, Steven Wacks' work has ranged from Hollywood feature films to award-winning documentaries and cutting-edge commercials, promos and image campaigns. He has worked alongside Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, James Cameron, David Fincher, Quentin Tarantino, David Lynch, Christopher Nolan and many others. His feature credits include the Venice Film Festival Critics Award-winner DRIVE and Emmy winning documentaries including HEARTS OF DARKNESS, BAND OF BROTHERS:The Men of Easy Company, HBO ALZHEIMERS PROJECT and Oliver Stone's numerous documentary projects. As Director/Cinematographer he has filmed numerous commercials and broadcast and digital campaigns for Disney, WB, Paramount, HBO, Showtime, Amazon, Netflix and many others. Campaigns include specials for GAME OF THRONES, WATCHMEN, HARRY POTTER, THE DARK KNIGHT, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, MA RAINEY and AVATAR.

MAX COYNECoordinating Producer Max Coyne has been on staff at Twelve Tone for over four years . He oversees all shoots large and small and is always ready to take your call, text or email. A graduate of UCLA Film School, Max has previously worked as a production coordinator in both production and post production.
